About Me

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING & CONSULTING

Gina is an author, talent development coach, and corporate educator whose passion is in the area of building resilience.
Starting her career as a Direct Support Professional, Gina has worked more than 30 years as a leader in Non-Profit Human Services serving people with disabilities. She has traveled extensively both nationally and internationally facilitating learning events for non-profit organizations and state government offices. Gina has worked with the Royal Jordanian government and was a member of the team to open the first community homes for people with disabilities in the Middle East, moving them towards deinstitutionalization.
Gina is passionate about supporting those who work in service to others to develop personal resilience and wholeheartedly believes that we all can continue to grow if we remain curious. She has an unwavering commitment to build the leadership, resiliency capabilities and performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. Gina employs the latest brain science and research in her work with others.
Gina is a native New Yorker, who now lives in Maryland with her husband John, and her two sons, Shane and Jake. She holds Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Education as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Resilient Leadership. Gina is a certified Brain-Based Coach through the Neuroleadership Institute and a certified facilitator for DDI, DiSC, and the Heartmath Institute.
